• First aid certification is required.
• CPI training is an asset.

Renewed Family Services Inc. is currently looking for passionate professionals to work with us as an Instructor Therapist in the Greater Toronto Area. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the GTA to meet the needs of a diverse clientele when required. Instructor Therapists will work one-on-one with children or youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities within a home setting or as needed with the use of IBI / ABA teaching strategies as directed by a Senior Therapist.

We are looking for individuals who can collaborate in a team setting as well as one to one, implement the behavioural programs and procedures, maintain regular communication with parents as required and participate in scheduled team meetings and training conferences as required.

We are looking for individuals who have:

• Passion for children, youth & adults
• Educational background in: Psychology, Autism and Behavioural Sciences or other related educational field
• Flexible hours 
• Direct field experience offering ABA therapy support to individuals with disabilities
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• CPI certification is required
• First Aide certification is required 
• Assessment skills & behaviour management skills
• Experience implementing behaviour programs
• Registered Behavioural Technician certification is an asset
• Completed vulnerable sector check
